Vidi Global:
Move Culture
"What is Culture?" Answer Key
Culture is difficult to pinpoint yet palpable in every interaction we share. It's in the shows we watch, the conversations we have with friends and the traditions we are committed to practicing.

Moving culture, on the other hand, is a much more dynamic and human experience.

As part of the I See Program at Vidi Global, a boutique agency based in Orlando, FL, I created posters illustrating what its mantra "Move culture," symbolized. More importantly, what does it mean to move culture?
Two takeaways:

1. Moving culture takes conscious consumption of existing culture. What surrounds you?
The shows you watch, the books you read, the conversations you hear. Inspiration from others leads to inspiring others. Culture is a neverending cycle of creating, remixing and creating again.

2. Culture, at its basis, is human.
It's illogical to disregard or forget about the humanity behind the work created by humans. When moving culture, it goes unsaid that humans are moving other humans. They collectively create and influence culture. They leave their fingerprints in the constant cycle of creation and recreation.

Using these insights, I developed the following posters. Some symbolize the dynamic give-and-take of creation and recreation. Others highlight the fingerprints of humanity behind each product.
